Wrongly the existing employee IP was deleted from the list and his ESIC contribution was deposited to the employee who already left

Two employees with the same name one left the organization 6 months back but wrongly the existing employee IP was deleted from the list and his ESIC contribution was deposited to the employee who already left. Can it be rectified now?
Please suggest. Thanks

Instead of left employee mistakenly live employee deleted from esic portal. Now how can i pay his Aug-20 contribution.
