Hi, Its been 4 and half months now that i quit my job and till date i did not get my full and final settlement, I sent them mails, and try to spoke to the concerned representative, but no one reply . when nothing was happening, I will try to spoke to the AVP of the department but from there also i will not get any responses still my settlement is not done. I did not get my relieving letter as it is given with the full and final settlement. As per the policy the HR department mentioned that it will take max 45 days for the full and final settlement. I want to know if I can sue the company for the delay.

Hi, Seems your company is there from 1993. You can go the office directly, express your financial crisis and request for payment and relieving order. Keep the legal remedy as least option.

Dear Friend,
As you already contacted AVP and other concern person regarding this issue as looking into your scenario better you to write a mail to your AVP marking cc to labour commissioner, write your entire discussion and attach the copies of your communication.

Take another followup from HR, and AVP ...I recommend you to visit AVP now with all the proofs of other followups taken and give it a last try . Do mention your need to be paid immediately , observe their tone and possibilities ,and then move towards the step of gaining help from law authorities.
