I'm HR Executive of a Software company.
We are providing our internal employees to work on international projects.we called it as "offsite development". client will be directly dealing with our internal software team. and he pays monthly fixed amount (salaries, part of O/H cost.....)
I need to formulate a contract/agreement with our client. This is going to be long term relationship with the client.
Please help me on this.
