------Do all Presiding Officers & Members of Internal Committees Realize that they are also ‘Judges”-----
Hon’ble Delhi High Court, in their Judgement of the year 2021 upheld that the Presiding Officers & Members of Internal Committees are also ‘Judges’ and propounded that the "Principles of ‘Security of Tenure" which apply to Security of Tenure of Judges and Presiding Officers of various Quasi-Judicial Tribunals would also apply to the Presiding Officers and the Employee-Members as well as the Non-Employee-Member (External) of Internal Committees, throughout India;
The Delhi High Court clarified that the word “Judge” denotes not only every person who is officially designated as a Judge, but also every person, who is empowered by Law to give, in any legal proceeding, civil or criminal, a definitive judgment, or a judgment which, if not appealed against, would be definitive, or a judgment which, if confirmed by some other authority, would be definitive, or who is one of a body of persons, which body of persons is empow¬ered by law to give such a judgment.”
This Telltale Judgement is bound to serve as Beacon Light for Employers as well as the Internal Committees; therefore We, the Kritarth Team of Special Educators PoSH Mandatory Programs earnestly "Beseech" all Presiding Officers and all Members of all Internal Committees to "Rise-Up to the Standards of Hon’ble Judges of Our Judiciary and Tribunals and Uphold the sanctity of this Independent Body, Entity/ Forum/ Institution;
