Actually, we are into toll way Limited company working as per National Highway Authority of India guidelines. our office located at Bangalore. We are paying wages to the employees as per state minimum wages act. But Enforcement officer issued notice stating that you are coming under central minimum wage Act. Could you please clarify whether toll plazas come under central minimum wage or state minimum wage?
