Hi, do anyone have any format for Justification Letter? I've got this message from MDEC.
"Management has requested for a justification on why his salary is remain at RM***** since 2016. Is there any planning for an increment? Please provide a justification letter and upload under others documentation"
I didnt really know if my company do want to increase or do not want to increase his salary, how can I have the format for these letter ?
