Dear Lalithaa,
It is "Human Resource Management". Don't worry about the 's'. Just forget it. This is not a case of singular or plural. It is the name of a subject. I can understand your confusion but don't lose your sleep on this.

m a student of HR, as per ur doubt is concern, i would help u by saying that it is HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT,not RESOURCES, bcz HR is purely concerned with a single resource of nature i.e. HUMAN BEINGS. if u say resources it wl refer to all other resources like, LAND&CAPITAL etc. i hope now u wont hv any more confusion.

Dear All:
It's always Human Resource Management. However, in recent times, a new concept has arisen in the domain of HRM termed as "Humane Resource Management" which takes into account the emotional, social, societal and spiritual needs of employees beyond the workplace. It triggers motivation to levels of professional excellence. Fundamentally, it goes into to developing a 'high sense of care and concern' of employees - thus bonding human relationships within the organization, to the benefit of all.
