I have joined SCDL two years before, but due to professional commitments I was unable to submit a single assignment. As I had logged in SCDL webpage to view my current status it is showing "You need to clear 38 assignemnts sucessfully"
My question is that to clear the assignment do I have to go through entire Syllabus, does this assignments carries marks?

Yes , Assignment carry marks , U have to go thru the entire syllabus and then give the answers .You can refer your syllabus book with you.
