I am just keen to know if we have any legal obligation for an employee working as a full time employee in a company and side by side taking some work as a Freelancer. For example, if there is an employee who is working in an IT company and simuntaneously he is taking some small projects as a Freelancer then should this be a concern for the company? Will this be considered as a dual employemnt. Do we have anything related to full time work and freelancing mentioned in our law?
