Can anyone help me on this query, As Aadhar has become mandatory for PF registration,
I am facing problem in generating UAN as most of the aadhar card have only year in place of full DOB.
Which is creating a mismatch and uan is not able to generate.
If we tell the emplyee to update aadhar and then generate uan, but it takes a long time in getting a updated aadhar.
