Dear Professionals, We are textile background industry and located at Tamilnadu, we have a OT exemption form 25 B from Inspector of factories and we maintain a separate OT register in our software system. So is it mandatory to maintain a separate form 10 for OT register? Instead of software system for IF records. kindly clarify my doubts and do the needful.
