Dear All, Our company in not deducting the salaries instead of deduction , we are providing deferred salary . i.e we are releasing some portion of salary and some portion will be given to them once the business normalize.
But how to share the salary slip with the employees as we are paying deferred salary, Kindly help me out with sample of deferred salary slip, so i can share with my employees with the help of the same.

My suggestion is,
Better treat these portions as only adhoc advances which can be adjusted while you regain normalcy and pay the balance when you decide to do. I won't suggest to middle with any leave a/c for this purpose as this would imply EPF/ESI.
