1-Can we re-join any workman after completing 58 years,if he is already getting pf pension,if it is possible,can we show his wage breakup (Basic + Da)with minimum wage less then 15001,without pf deduction.

If someone has retired and settled his/her EPF & EPS THEN HE/SHE IS AN EXCLUDED EMPLOYEE as per EPFO. He can be engaged without PF contribution. But if the monthly gross salary is below the 21000/- per month is eligible for ESI.

If salary is above 15000/- & he is already settled his existing EPF then he/She shall be treated as excluded employee & if wages is below 15000/- then contribution towards EPF is mandatory.
Please do note that if he is already having EPS & getting pension the EPF shall be mandatory
