One of my friend did her MBA HR before this she did her graduation and intermediate course in commerce. However she is carrying a 4 years of good experience in HR operations & recruitment. Post 4 yr of experience she found her self good at technical way as in using excel and ERP tools.
Kindly suggest is she eligible to do any certification course? why i am asking this question because there are company's how is looking for only since background like B.tech/ BE / Bsc..... etc.
