Hi Everyone,
I have a small doubt in Form 3A and 6A in PF-Online. Recently we transferred one of our employee PF from one PF number to another number.because he rejoined in our company after few months.so that we allotted new number and transferred his Old PF to new account through online.
After few days the claim got rejected because of reason "company didn't submitted 3A/6A"
I'm the new HR here and i don't have much knowledge on online submission.can u please any one assist me how to submit form 3a and 6a in online
And also let me know that i have to submit these two forms via online or hard copy.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Lakshmi Prasanna
As per my knowledge ECR online returns started from Mar 2012. Previous to that it was manual only. From 2012 no need of submitting form 3A & Form 6.
If at all the employee was working previous to Mar 2012 you may have to submit the hard copies of Form 3A manually and that too till Feb 2012
