I need your help to give me an idea on making salary structures and gradings. We are having about 250 employees in our company and we do not have any salary structure and gradings in our organization, my management asked me to work on this, I would be glad if I get some kind of inputs on the same so that I can make one for my company accordingly. Thank you so much and I appreciate for your quick response, what you sent me is the salary calculation methods/detials/formats. I am looking for Salary Gradings and for each job that are existing in the organization and for future openings.
I am working in GCC for example lets we have Finance Manager, whose salary is lets 25,000 Dirhams and we have Asst.FM whose salary is lets say 15,000 Dirhams like this, there are positions with salaries but without any gradings, I need to work on Job Category and Salary Gradings for the whole organization.
Please help in this regards, give me some tips or formats so that I can go thru and make something similar that may match as per our requirements.

' Basic Salary
' Housing allowance which is 25% of the basic salary
' Transport allowance which is 10% of the basic salary
' Mobile allowance depends on the position
' Food allowance also 10% of the basic salary.
I would appreciate to clarify further if you have any.
