Dear Sir,
I have already paid the monthly ESIC Challan of October 2015 & January 2016 online . But on ESIC website the status of these challans are unpaid. I have the reciept of paid challans . When I have make contact to the ESIC person then he instruct me that I must need to contact to the bank. But my payment transaction is not failed and no amount of paid challan was crediting in our bank account. Now please help me to resolve this problem.

Please contact bank branch where you have deposited the amount. It appears to be a case of feeding error of challan number. Please get the same corrected and mark a copy of the same to Regional office ESIC.

Dear Sir, I have paid monthly ESIC challan for the month of MAY2017 And June 2017 but the Transaction status is showing pending authorization. help me to get this transcation status successful pls.
