In EPF calculations, we have to round off NCP days to whole nos. not a fraction,
i wish to learn whether NCP days has to be rounded off to Lower side or Higher side of fraction as per Govt. Norms.
For Example: 1.5 Days NCP to be rounded off either to "1 Day NCP" or to "2 days NCP."

Dear friends,
1.5 days NCP means, the member has contributed for whole days + 0.5. Here possibility to round is equal for both contributory and non contributory period. In such cases privilege has to be given for employee.
