Hello Friends,
I am completing 4 years, 10 months & 19 days with my current employer i.e. before the mandatory 5 year continuous service & becoming eligible for getting Gratuity.
My queries are:
1. What is my continuous service? Is it 5 yr or 4 only?
2. Can gratuity be transferred to my new company, so as, 4 years, 10 months & 19 days of my service can be later used for gratuity calculation?
