Dear All, Request for advise / guidance in respect of employment operations for candidate joining for onsite location. E.g. what status shall be considered for them as employee / expat?, How the payment shall be done in INR/Foreign currency..Can there be dual payment done..e.g in INR as well as foreign currency.

Dear Mr Deepak,
If employee is on your company payroll in India no problem you can pay him in INR following all compliances .
If he is on project for certain duration pay him as expat or keep him on third party payroll.
