I want to know the merits and demerits of the "New Labour Code" which is going to be implemented, If anyone knows about it kindly share some of your views.

Please read the NEW Labor Codes with State and Central rule in details before to understand merits and de-merits. Merits and demerits is a perception build by each individual and random vary. So far my understanding of the labor codes, majority are merits except few demerits. This will again vary from organization to organization.
