I got job as HR executive in a Startup organisation with 25 employees, and the organisation is product based which deals Game development products.Can you please guide me how to set up an effective/best place to work in the company, am in a dilemma how to proceed with the effective ways.Plz guide me how to handle to do the best and What are the ways to do?? What exactly you need start little by little and step by step first implement all mandatory statutory requirements then move on to employee benefits, policy framing, HR Policies, Career Progression etc....

First insure that you have all legal requirements/docs in place such as PF, ESI, S&E etc. Second maintain proper records of all employees documents appointment contracts, Educational mark sheets etc, Frame best HR policies internet is full of this stuff but be careful “One man's meat is another man's poison”.
Every organization have something unique in there DNA...which separate it from rest...find it and built on it....last but most important Pay adequately and pay on time.
