Dear Ms. Premilaa,
Inspite of the gap, having worked as RECRUITER for ONE YEAR, still you want inputs to draft a EFFECTIVE CV?
Haven't you screened the BEST or EFFECTIVE CV's during your service period?
Haven't you come across a CV which you had ADMIRED or made you INSPIRED?
Please recollect as much as you can. You must be knowing much more than a normal employee does because RECRUITERS normally SCREEN CV'S based on certain CRITERIA. If i am wrong, please do correct me.
You can also search this website for more information.

Dear Ms. Premila
You were not confused but, your MOTIVATION and SELF-CONFIDENCE LEVEL is/was LOW. Please boost your SELF-CONFIDENCE LEVEL by SELF MOTIVATIONAL techniques rather LETTING YOURSELF DOWN.
When you have the TALENT, why don't you EXPLORE IT TO THE MAXIMUM LEVEL. You will never succeed in knowing "WHO YOU ARE" unless YOU UNLEASH YOUR HIDDEN TALENT with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE(MINDSET)
If you need further information about DRAFTING A CV, please draft and upload your CV, will guide you to the best of my knowledge. No doubt, you will aslo receive support from this community members.
Good Luck.
With profound regards

Dear Ms Premila
You need to start somewhere as the famous saying goes The very start itself is considered as half done. To begin with make your CV in four parts as under.
1 First Part your personal details
2. Second Part your qualifications
3. Third Part your Experience
4. Fourth Part your achievements.
Upload it in this forum, then you see help would pour in to refine it.
bye
