PF Contribution calculation in Excel - 12% when the employee's basic income is below 15000, and at 1800 when the employee's basic income is more

Hi, Anyone can help me calculate PF in Excel. The PF should be contributed by the employee at 12% when the employee's basic income is below 15000, and at 1800 when the employee's basic income is more than 15000. But how can I have a common formula in Excel?
