We are into the manufacturing of Cement… In our plant one of the major activities is Cement Bags Packing & Loading… During the process the workers cloths / body getting covered with these cement dusts… Presently we are using low pressure compressed air lines and blowers for removing the dust from cloths/body… As this compressed air can cause damage to eye or ear we are planning to adopt any other better option to do this job…
From this forum itself we had discussed earlier regarding Body/Cloth Cleaning Booths… I have tried with many of our suppliers regarding the same… No one was even aware about such thing… If anyone using or know any contact details of the supplier for Body/Cloth Cleaning Booths please let me know…

Send me some picture what types of method you have in your plant (As you said you are using compressed air)to my email (couple of pictures or small video) so that i can ask some vendors who is familiar to me in UAE. One more thing i was really busy yaa just give sometime after receiving your picture or video I'll write to my vendors exactly what i need; surely they will find the solution.
I strongly believe you can get better solution on this matter through our forum. Will see.,,,,,,,

We have recently procured Centrifugal air blowers at one of our sites.Its really safe & had reduced the danger of Compress air hazard.This we had procured after having a fatality by Compress air horse play by two drivers.i will mail you specifications & other details on mail.

Ms Hansa's suggestion should work.
Air blowers are safe, energy efficient.
You have to access the qualitative requirements. (If you get the desired cleaning level).
However I could not yet find time to come up with my suggestions.

Really great help... I have received the mail from your and send the same to our technical people for feasibility study...
Actually same kind of blower arrangement already we having... The problem facing with this is the mouth of the blower is fixed... The workers has to bend down, and taking many position to clean the dust... Moreover some time only sucking the entire cloth instead of cleaning only dust... So thinking of more good solution in terms of dust cleaning booth... Let's see whether will get a supplier of this product in India...
