iam working for a networking company we provide networking solutions to all most all it companies our`s is a hardware networking company ,many clients of our`s are asking whether we have S.H.E policy or not,and being a small/medium and a sole proprietor organisation management is least interested in hr activities .thanks to it companies who are insisting on hr intervention in almost all part of the business right from quotation part to the bill execution part.
