Has the name of the organisation just been changed or management also been changed? For the change of name of organisation do you need to pay gratuity? Before doing this, have you checked the provisions of Payment of Gratuity Act? If yes, then confirm the Section No., Paragraph No, Clause No that stipulates this payment.
By the way what about PF and ESI? What changes you have made there for the change of organisation's name?
