I have completed MBA (HR) through distance learning and now planning for T&D Diploma from ISTD, New Delhi.
Can anybody guide me about the value of ISTD Diploma.
Will it be a value addition to my career.

Thanks a lot...... HR is my area of interest I want to make it my specialisation.... I will certainly check the website out. Just wanted to know one more thing.. If I take the admission in December will it be compulsory for me to appear for exams in june or can opt to appear in december next year? Because the course can be finished in 4 years time span.
