Dear Swati
Why not you are asking your company's training manager to look into it? I guess your company has a dedicated training professional (soft skills). If there is no trainer its sad.
There are many threads posted on this site regarding games and learning exercises, all you have to do is "search".

Hi Mahajan,
Just go through this we have practised the following
1. Give one or more baloons to the employee and ask them to keep it on air as long as possible (Baloon is the task given to him) this will imporve his concentration
2. Make a team and ask the team to keep the baloons on air as long as possible, this will imporve the team effort.
3. Draw a simple diagram on a piece of paper and hand over it to one employee and ask him to express it to the others thro other ways except talking
4. Draw a simple diagram on a piece of paper and hand over it to the employees and ask them to express it to one employee and ask some employees to disturb the drawing employee this will improve the concentration
5. Tie one employee's eyes and keep something in one place and ask one team to direct him to the correct location and other team to disturb him this also improves the concentration and team effort.
