Interesting question- the hierarchy depends on the organization structure of the company and it differs from industry to industry.
For example, in most of companies these designations follow from bottom to top-

Trainee-HR
HR-Assistant
Junior Officer
Senior Officer
Junior.Executive-HR
Senior Executive-HR
Asst.Manager-HR
Manager-HR
DGM-HR
Asst-GM-HR
GM-HR
Zonal-HR
Head-HR
VP-HR
