I have questions about ESIC. My one of the colleague is pregnant of 8 months. She will get salary from ESIC office but she wants dual salary from office too. My boss was not ready to give dual salary now she started to delete company data because she is in charge of Account department. Sir doesn't want to give her trouble because she is pregnant in this situation what sir can do. Please suggest

There is no question of dual payment. In order to safe guard co's data your Managers should take all precautions possible including transfer of the person (to lighter duty), indulging in deletion of data. No option.
