PLEASE HELP ME IN THE MATTER OF FACTORY LICENCE RENEWAL .
I have applied for licence renewal under factories act 1948 in haryana , department has been objected the same because ealier we have deposited the licence fee for 500 hp now it is 1000 hp . so my query is
1. can department claim the previous years fee as when we hove get the factory licence for previous years.
2. what will be the fee calculation because fee structure has been revised in 2017.
3. what will be procedure and documents for renewal of the same in this situation when sanction load has been increased.
4. could anyone provide the ols fee stucture of factory lince in 2016.
