Dear Dawood Qaseem,
Preparation of Organisation Development (OD) plan is far more than a routine "copy and paste" work. What is applicable to some other company, how can it be applicable to your company also? Secondly, which company will allow their HR professional to share their OD plan on the public forum?
We the members of this forum are outsiders, and we do not know in what direction your top leadership wishes to develop the organisation. The OD plan should evolve from the philosophy of the organisation. It should be consistent with the vision and mission of the company.
Over and above, preparation of the OD plan is a matter of organisational consulting. It requires a deep study of the organisation. Equating it with a routine HR matter will be its belittlement.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar

Dear Colleague
OD is a big subject which has to be clearly designed, developed and implemented for pre-fixed objectives that are desired by the Top Management. This is a long term process and several interventions might be needed. Please have a reading on the below articles for basic understanding of OD then take call on your way forward.
