Hi, I ha e experience of 10 years of working in Indian PSB. Within the Bank, I have been part of HRM Section and IR Section for more than 6 years. Now I am not willing to continue my Bank job, can I pursue a career in HR in any sector other than Banking. Your guidance is required.

Experience of over a decade in HRM and six years in IR is a very relevant background and in normal times should get you a good placement in Manager level to DGM post. It is not really the length of experience but the quality and variety of situations you have dealt that carries a lot of importance in the job market.
These are difficult times and there is no immediate possibility of normalcy returning, adversely affecting any expansion of industries and consequently manpower addition. So you will have to wait for the right time and opportunity, before jumping the ship. The experience in PSBs is not much relevant for organisations in manufacturing sector or even for IT/digital operations. So you need to be little wary about this

Dear Shubha,

A switch from one industry to another cannot be the career's goal, but it can be a part of the career plan. In the interest of career growth, if it merits, then one can very well make a switch from one industry to another.

The important component of the Career Development Plan (CDP) is doing SWOT Analysis for oneself. Have you done that?

Earlier, I have given an exhaustive reply on both topics. You may click the following links to refer to those:
