Your question is not clear to me. Fixation of minimum wages for any scheduled employment is the responsibility of the appropriate Government under the Minimum Wages Act,1948, if it desires it essential. As an employer, it is only your duty to implement the same in respect of your employees.
Therefore, first see to it whether minimum wages have been fixed for your dairy industry . If yes, ensure the existing wages for the posts included in the notification are equal to the sum total of the minimum wages and in case they fall short bring up parity by revising them accordingly.
