Hi friends I am doing a project in competency mapping .I am not able to understand the difference between behavioral and functional competencies.
I have a list of competencies .Can some body pls tell me what would be the behavioral competencies and functional competencies for the following roles in BPO:-

ASSISTANT MANAGER
QUALITY ANALYST
