Hi,
I was working as Facility Manager for an MNC in Mumbai for 14 years and my role one day was redundant by my HR who called up and informed me about the same with a option to resign immediately and take the sevearance package. I want to understand can this be challenged in court as Covid around,many businesses have closed,no hirin and new opportunities available. So the survival chances are very less.
Kindly share or advice me on the same and process.
