Dear All HR professionals,
Please help me - if an employee's basic salary is more than Rs. 15000, we calculate his PF on Ceiling amount e.i 15000 calculated 1800/Month. If the same employee remains present for 15 days in any month and basic is prepared accordingly still more than 15000/. so now please suggest his/her PF deduction amount should be 1800 or 900 (proportionate to working days)?
