An employee whose joining date was Ist November 2019 and we had deposited his from Pf contribution for 4 months from Nov 2019 to Feb 2020. Then he left to job on dated 28/02/2020. Then again he rejoin on 1st September 2020 and left on dated 30/11/2020 and we had deposited pf contribution for 3 months from September 2020 to Nov 2020. Now, his total service is 7 months in (Nov 19 to Feb 20 and Sep 20 to Nov 20). I want to know can he withdraw his FPF ( family pension fund).
