I am having business of making screen printing frames in private industrial area. There are six workers are working in my shop and themselves loading unloading the material which is maximum 10 to 15 kgs only. Some of people around the are now demanding money as mathadi kamgaar without working for my shop. How can I protect myself from such persons as I am paying salary to my already engaged workers?
