I am working in a manufacturing industry in Maharashtra. As a part of Statutory compliance, we need to display abstracts of various Acts. In this conections want to know whether ready posters are available of Abstracts of acts? Vendors providing this also can share information as it will help many HR Professionals.

In most cases, the abstracts are at the back of the act it’s self. Just photocopy and put it up there. Else talk to your book vendor he will have copies

1. If you have HRMS with self service, use the following url
Government of Maharashtra Department of Labour.
2. If no HRMS, follow traditional approach, take the abstract from the site and use in notice boards as well as in library

Abstracts of Act/ Rules are required to be displayed at the conspicuous place in the establishment in Hindi, English & the language understood by majority of people.
Pl note that Abstracts of Act/ Rules are not readily available in market in the language understood by majority of people and Hindi as well and also not available with concerned Labour offices but please send a official communication to nearest Labour office for seeking copies in Local Language so that in case of any inspection authorities will never quote that as a irregularity.
I would also like to quote here that all abstracts are not provided in bare acts/ law books.
Further am attaching herewith some abstracts of Act/ Rules in Hindi & English Language for your reference & use, hope these may suffice your purpose.

Dear all,
I worked for 4 yrs in an organization and they force me to resign from my designation. though for gratuity eligibility is for 5 yrs or may be 4.5 yrs. in that case should i claim for my gratuity or not but the cmpany is not paying me as they said i have not cmplated my gratuity period. plz help.
