I want to make agreement with my employees that once they resign they cannot work with our clients, vendor or customer and competitor for two years. They can work with different segments of organisations not similar ones.
Is there any act rules which can be incorporated?

Such kind of agreements are called "no-poach" agreement. However there is no such law by which you can bind your current employees to not join a certain employer/customer etc in the future. Employment bonds or bonded labor in India is not legal.
In case you ask your employees to sign such an agreement, they may because they want the job; however the agreement has no legal validity.
Under rare circumstances, you can only curb an employee to join another employer of same or different nature, if there are IPR issues or if it has a direct impact on your business.
