Hiring procedure:
1 The concerned department forwards Manpower Requisition Form to HR Department, having approval of authorise person.
2 HR Officer initiates the sourcing by posting the vacant job at portals, newspapers etc.
3 HR Officer scrutinizes the applications depending on the job description and forward those Curriculum Vitae for scrutiny, through requisition holder and thereafter, arranges the interviews of short listed candidate.
4 The candidates shall fill up the Bio-Data Form and hand over to the HR Department along with all the relevant educational and experience certificates.
5 The concerned HR Officer shall verify the educational certificates and the experience certificates.
6 After filling the Bio-Data forms, the preliminary interview will be conducted by the Interview panel consisting members from the concerned department & P & A Department.
7 The Interview Panel will fill Interview Evaluation Sheet. 8 If the candidate is found suitable in preliminary interview, the final interview is conducted by respective HOD & finalized by Head - HR & Administration. Candidates for Managerial position are being interviewed by Chief Executive.
9 After final interview, offer letter is issued to the candidate indicating the position and date of joining the Organization.
10 On joining the Organization a detailed appointment order will be issued to the new joinee indicating the detailed bifurcation of salary and other terms and conditions of appointment.
11 The candidate shall provide 5 passport size color photographs.
12 The candidate shall provide two reference letters and copy of all the relevant certificates.
13 The candidate shall also submit the pre-employment medical reports.
14 The candidate shall fill up the PF Nomination Forms, Gratuity Forms, and Employee Personal Detail Declaration form which also includes the information about employee and his family for the records to be maintained by P & A Department.
15 The P & A Department sends joining intimation of the new joinee through email.
16 Time office shall issue Employee Code Number, Attendance Punch Card, Identity Card and My SAP Number to all the new joinees on Company Rolls.
17 Administration Section shall provide bus pass to the newly joined employees on request.
ORIENTATION:
To understand the Organization practices by new candidates thoroughly.
The purpose of the Orientation program is to ensure that the newly joined employee is aware about the functions and procedure of each department.
1 The new joinees will be sent for Orientation for a period of not more than one week through all departments under intimation to all HOD’s.
2 The purpose of the Orientation program is to ensure that the newly joined employee is aware about the functions and procedure of each department.
3 The Orientation program indicating the name of departments to be Oriented, along with the timings are circulated in advance.
4 The Orientation program is prepared based on the technical background and requirement of employees in consultation with HOD of the new joinee.
5 The Safety Rules and Regulations of the Factory are communicated during the Orientation program to the newly joined employee by the P & A Department.
6 The newly joined employee is taken to all the major departments before he/she takes charge in the respective department.
7 The Orientation Program is prepared for a period of maximum 1 week, covering almost all the areas depending on the job profile.
8 On completion of Orientation, the employee shall be placed appropriately in the department.
