EPS95: RETIREES PRIOR 1.9.2014 :EPFO PORTAL 19.1.2023
I retired on 16.12.2011. We had contributed (both employee and employer) beyond the ceiling at 12% on actual salary till retirement . I had not exercised the option for reasons known to all .The portal asks for joint options documents, rejection letters with a host of other documents for uploading and therefore, in absence of these, does not accept our application. The ploy and plot by EPFO is to bide time and make us ineligible and helpless as time will run off ( 3 March 2023 being deadline), to escape claws of Law and justice. Can Legal fraternity help.
