Pantry Boy cannot be in skilled category, as Skilled is those categories of employment which requires learning some skill in both theory and practical (like electrician, welder etc) and sufficiently experienced to train others. Pl refer to the Minimum Wages notification of the respective state government in which the various trades coming under each category are defined.
