The Minimum wages need to be paid based on the State in which the services are rendered.
If company is based in Bangalore and its employees serving Clients in different states, then which states minimum wages would be applicable? So, the place of disbursement of wages or where the payroll is processed (Bangalore) is not material in deciding the quantum of minimum wages?
Please clarify? Experts.

Any establishment will have to be regd under state's labour laws quoting No.of employees engaged. Therefore the MW of the regd.state only is applicable where the PT gets remitted. Processing of Pay rolls in a diff.state doesn't count for this purpose.
