If any old employee who joined Organisation six years before and his starting basic salary during joining was Rs30k/monthly can he be registered now in EPF. Present basic salary 50k/monthly.

Hi, If he is already a contributing member to PF, he can continue to contribute to PF. PF can be deducted either on actual Basic (employer discretion)or minimum for Rs.15000/-
