As a Labour Contractor (proprietory concern) operating in Bangalore with less than 100 workers on contract, is it necessary to register with;
a) Shops and Commercial Establishment Act and/ or
b) Labour License
or both?
We do not plan any trade in Goods.
Thank you in advance!!
