We want to do new registration for Professional Tax through online (https://apct.gov.in/gstportal/Ap_index.aspx) in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
We have 58 work place in various jurisdiction in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
We are the employer.
1.Do we have to apply Form-II for enrolment and get a certificate of enrolment in Form-IIA
(or)
2.Do we have to apply Form-I for registration and get certificate of registration in Form-IA.

3.Both (1 & 2)
4.Do we submit application (Form-I) in online (https://apct.gov.in/gstportal/Ap_index.aspx) for registration separately to each assessing authority in respect of place of work.
5.Do we submit 58 application (Form-I) for registration separately to each assessing authority in respect of place of work.
6.How to find out Division, Circle, Mandals, Municipality for 58 application (Form-I) in respect of place of work.
7.Has employer to pay PT Online Payment through Form-I Return with Payment
