We are a placement consultancy based out of Gujarat. We have been recruiting skilled candidates for africa for some time now. now we have also started for middle east. We do not work for unskilled labour. We are working for skilled manpower. Please suggest will we be required to aquire manpower License.
Furthur when i had met with MOIA officer in Mumbai he informed that i will need nampower License if i am supplying Labour for the 13 -14 Countries which have ECNR Check Requirement. This was like 3 years ago. But now ECRN check is not required anywhere.
So please suggest weather i will be needed to aquire license? secondly who is required to Aquire License.
Please help me i am so so so confused.
